HOW IT WORKS

One title, one holder, one public price. Everything else follows from that.

1

Claim a title

Pick one nobody holds, or invent your own from $5. You pay once and it’s yours immediately — no account, no password, no subscription. Your name goes on a certificate with a serial number, your rank and your link on it.

Two people can never hold the same title, and near-identical phrasings are rejected. “King of SaaS” and “The King of SaaS” are the same claim, so only one of them can exist.

2

Someone outbids you

Every held title shows a standing price. Anyone can take it by paying at least $1 more than that price — there is no cap, no auction and no countdown. Whatever they pay becomes the new price, so it only ever climbs.

A title standing at $500

Minimum to take it: $501 — or bid $900 to make the next person think twice

Whatever you pay is the new price. The next person has to beat it.

The person you took it from is not paid a cent. They get a Former Holder record and the option to take it back. If that sounds harsh, that is the entire product.

3

Defend what you hold

Pay your own takeover price and it becomes the new price — you stay the holder, but you just made yourself more expensive to remove. Your certificate gains a DEFENDED ×N mark permanently.

4

Get the traffic

Every title carries the holder’s link. It shows on the board, on the title page, and on the certificate, and every click is counted publicly. People browsing the board click through to whoever holds the title they find funny. So far 3 titles are in the registry sending that traffic.

Two boards

All-time

Every dollar ever paid for a title, added up across all its holders. It never goes down, so the top of this board is a permanent record of what people cared about most.

Today

Money that moved in the last 24 hours, on a rolling window. A payment counts for a day and then drops off, so this board turns over constantly and a cheap title can top it.

Your rank is printed on your certificate and re-renders whenever it changes.

Tiers and how they are decided

Anyone can create a Common or an Official title. Everything above that is written and released by us — you cannot mint yourself a Legendary. Scarcity is about how many titles of that tier exist at all, not how many copies of one title: there is one register, and these are the only entries in it at each level.

TierPriceExistUnclaimedHow you get one
Common$5UnlimitedCreate or claim it
Official$10UnlimitedCreate or claim it
Rare$2550Claim it before someone does, or take it
Legendary$100100Claim it before someone does, or take it
One-of-One$500+50Claim it before someone does, or take it

What makes something Legendary rather than Common is how many people could credibly claim it. A One-of-One is a throne — there can only be one King of SaaS, so there is exactly one of that title and no equivalent will be issued. Legendary titles are broad cultural flexes that thousands of people would want but only twenty exist. Rare titles are specific enough to belong to a niche, with fifty in circulation. Common and Official are yours to invent.

Paying

Payments run through PayPal, which also takes credit and debit cards without a PayPal account. We never see or store your card details, and we never email you — there is no newsletter, no receipt spam, no account to manage. All sales are final and there are no refunds — the only exception is a charge we could not fulfil, which is voided rather than kept.
